About Plainly ADHD
Free tools for the moments ADHD gets in the way, and straight answers about what the research says.
Why this exists
Most ADHD advice online is either a wall of articles or a sales pitch. Much of it is wrong: one study found over half of the most popular ADHD videos on TikTok were misleading. We wanted the opposite: things you can use right now when you’re stuck, and honest verdicts on what works, with every claim linked to its source.
What we promise
- Tools work without an account. What you type stays on your device.
- No streaks, no guilt, nothing marked “late”.
- Every health claim links to a study or official source, with the date we last checked it.
- We will never recommend something our own evidence page rates as not working.
Who runs it
Plainly ADHD is run by LastLap Lab LLC, a small independent software studio in Washington State, USA. We are not doctors. Nothing here is medical advice; it is information to help you have a better conversation with one. Read how we check facts.
