Plainly ADHD gives general information and self-help tools. It does not diagnose, treat or replace a clinician. Do not start, stop or change any medicine based on this site. In an emergency call 911; in the US, call or text 988 for the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.

Using the tools

The tools are free and provided as they are. We work hard to keep them accurate, but we can’t promise they are error-free or always available. You agree not to misuse the focus room or try to disrupt it.

The ASRS v1.1 Screener is © New York University and the President and Fellows of Harvard College, used unchanged under its free licence.
