Privacy

Short version: your answers and notes stay on your device. We do not run ads, tracking pixels or analytics on our tools.

The tools

• Self-test: your answers stay in the open page and are never saved or sent.
• Unstick me: your current step, plan and timer are saved in your browser on this device, so a reload doesn’t lose your place. They are never sent. “Start a new task” clears them.
• Time-blindness trainer: your task records are saved in your browser’s own storage on your device, so they’re there next time. We can’t see them. “Clear my tasks” deletes them.
• Calm break: the break timer is kept in your browser on this device. Hearthmend is our own game on a separate Harbor page; it saves your castle progress there so you can pick up where you left off.
• Focus room: while the page is open you are connected, but not shown to anyone. Once you start a session, the other people in the room see the activity type you picked (from a fixed list) and how long your session has left. No name, email, camera or messages are involved. This passes through our host’s relay server, which does not keep a record.

The website

The site is hosted on Harbor, which, like any web host, receives standard technical information when your browser loads a page (such as your IP address and browser type) to deliver and protect the site, and keeps a simple count of page visits. Harbor adds a small footer to the page. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party analytics, and nothing you enter in a tool is part of any of this.

Health information

Because answers about attention and mood can be health information, we designed every tool so that we never receive it. We do not sell or share personal data.
